The Science of Deliberate Creation: Desire and Belief
Even if you don’t vocalise it, every desire you have is broadcast from you to the Universe instantly, in real time. Each request is heard and answered – and the Universe never says ‘no’.
Usually we don’t give that much conscious thought to this intimate process – rather, it happens automatically and unconsciously for the most part.
The primary objection from most is that they have wanted many things in your life but haven’t gotten them – and you’re probably saying the exact same thing! However, that’s only because you haven’t understood the most important part of the Science of Deliberate Creation: allowing.
The equation for creating anything you want in your life is simple: You must think about what you want (desire), and there must be the positive expectation or belief that what you want is coming!
In other words:
Feel your way there
You can tell if you are on track simply by the way you feel when you focus.
If you think of what you want but feel negative emotion, then you cannot have want you want, or it will be slow to come to you.
If you think of what you want and feel eagerness and positive expectation, then it must come – and it will come quickly if you don’t contradict your own desires down the road.
Most people today simply don’t know how to maintain their internal frequency, so the feeling of wanting is equated with longing for something but expecting it not to come!
If you keep changing the dial on one of those old fashioned analogue radios, you will get static instead of a clear broadcast signal, or even get a broadcast that you don’t want!
The same goes for your life.
If you talk about the subject of money all day long, doesn’t mean you are allowing it. Saying “I want more money” whilst feeling worry about money coming into your experience shows you are off track. When you look at your mounting bills and debts, your worry and frustration about your job or the economy shows you are focused on the absence of having and enjoying money in your life.
The biggest trap we fall into as human beings is looking for evidence to corroborate our own personal story of lack. When you justify why you are where you are, you can find no improvement in thought and thus no improvement in real life.
Someone I know plays the lottery for fun but I often hear her saying ‘I never win anything’, so I ask her why on earth she plays it. Her answer is ‘for fun’. Yet she can’t see the obvious contradiction between her desire to win money and the not allowing of it.
Sorting it all out – step by step
Most people want to sort out all their thoughts that are bothering them immediately when they get that ‘aha’ moment about the Law of Attraction but this is impossible. You cannot try to sort out all your thoughts because they move too fast.
You just need pay attention to the feeling you have on any subject you want to improve and reach for a better-feeling thought. You will immediately feel relief when you find that thought.
If you pay attention to the way you feel, you will always know whether you focused upon what you want, or upon the lack of what you want.
The ‘creation workshop’ – an exercise to assist you create what you want more consciously!
- Take three, four or five pieces of paper.
- Write at the top of each page ONE thing you want
- Take each sheet, and beneath the subject of what you have written, write: “These are the reasons that I want this…”
- Then turn the paper over and write at the top of the second side of the page: “These are the reasons I believe I will have this…”
The first side will enhance your focus on the essence of what you want and give you clarity about it. The second side of the page will enhance your belief that you will have it.
Since this activates within your vibration both sides of the equation for Deliberate Creation (wanting and allowing), you will be in the process of receiving its manifestation!
There’s no limit to the number of things you can ask for but, in the beginning, it is best to deliberately concentrate on only two or three important desires at a time. Most people have just not had enough experience in maintaining conscious thought and feeling. They lazily observe what is and get more of the same.
Cleaning up resistance
Here’s a top tip! If you feel any resistance in the form of negative emotions as you write your positive beliefs down, then that shows you have some Vibrational work to do. You must be honest with yourself, and what you are feeling at all times.
