These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases, bookings, and participation in services offered by Energy Therapy (referred to as “Energy Therapy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking a session, enrolling in a program, or purchasing any service or product, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms may be updated periodically without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.

1. Scope of Services

Energy Therapy provides holistic, intuitive, and transformational offerings including (but not limited to):

• Private sessions (in-person or online)

• Astrology sessions and reports

• Sound healing and energy healing

• Courses, workshops, and retreats

• Digital downloads and online programs

• Community membership and subscription content

All services are intended for personal development, education, and wellbeing. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Website Use

The website and all associated platforms are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or availability of any specific feature or content.

We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or services at any time.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content—including videos, written material, audio, images, meditations, healing transmissions, astrology content, and course material—is the intellectual property of Energy Therapy.

You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, record, or reproduce content without written permission.

4. Private Sessions: Bookings, Rescheduling & Cancellations

By booking a private 1:1 session, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Rescheduling

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.

• Each booking may be rescheduled once only.

• Further changes are at our sole discretion and only in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellations & Administrative Fees

• All cancellations are subject to a minimum £50 administrative fee.

• Where significant time has already been invested (e.g., back-and-forth email exchanges, referrals to practitioners, pre-session research, or coordination), the administrative fee may be adjusted to reflect the time, energy, and support already provided.

• Third-party payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

• Failure to attend a session without notice will result in loss of the full session fee.

Credit Option

If cancellation occurs outside the time window, clients may request to have funds held as credit for a future session, subject to:

• Credit validity: 60 days

• Credit is non-refundable once issued

• If a second cancellation occurs, any remaining balance is forfeited

5. Group Events, Courses & Workshops

• A 24-hour cooling-off period applies after purchase, unless the event begins within that timeframe.

• Once the event is confirmed or minimum numbers are met, fees become non-refundable.

• If Energy Therapy cancels an event, a full refund will be issued.

6. Digital Downloads & Online Programs

All sales of digital content are final and non-refundable.

If a file is faulty or access becomes unavailable, we will reissue access.

7. Disclaimer & Personal Responsibility

All services are offered in good faith and with professional integrity. Results vary based on personal readiness, lifestyle, timing, and individual engagement.

By working with Energy Therapy, you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing.

• You will seek appropriate medical, psychological, legal, or financial support when necessary.

• You will not use the services as a substitute for emergency, clinical, or crisis intervention.

8. Boundaries & Professional Conduct

Energy Therapy reserves the right to refuse service, discontinue client relationships, or terminate access to offerings if:

• Boundaries are not respected

• Behaviour is aggressive, inappropriate, or disruptive

• Excessive messaging or unreasonable expectations arise

• The work becomes misaligned or no longer appropriate

In such cases, refunds (where applicable) will be processed in accordance with the cancellation terms above.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy.

Your information will never be sold, shared, or distributed beyond operational necessity.

You may unsubscribe from communications at any time.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English Law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be handled exclusively under UK legal jurisdiction.

Agreement

By booking, purchasing, subscribing, or continuing to engage with Energy Therapy services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
