A note on: Suffering
All suffering is down to resisting this moment – resistance to “What Is”.
What are you resisting right now? Your job? An illness? Your lack of money? A relationship in your life?
Even a partial acceptance of What-Is will create the feeling of peace in your body, and end much suffering. Of course, outer circumstances may not immediately change but the inner shift will open you up to new possibilities.
From this place of acceptance, you can simply ask, “how can I change this?”
The Greater Part of you will respond.
Your job is to stop talking and listen!
