A note on: Creating our Reality

Werner Heisenberg said, ” The act of observation itself affects that which is being observed” and he was right. Our thoughts play a key role in determining how we experience ‘events’ in our life.

Put another way, how we perceive what is happening determines how we react, and even the result we get.  An outer event has no meaning by itself.

We assign meaning to life.

The mind is the bridge between higher understanding and everyday reality, between the conscious mind and the greater consciousness, between ego and environment.

The mind can divide us from others, or our consciousness can be expanded to a broader awareness of the interconnectedness of life.

The choice, as always, is up to us.
