We are all in the same sea of turbulence, but not everyone is in the same boat. We have different boats… according to our personal life circumstances, and also our inner landscape. If we see our life through the lens of the mortal – and perishable – ego, we will act one way. If we embody our High Self energy – which can only be accessed through our intuitive natures – then we act another way.

Knowledge is not enough, we must move beyond mere ‘analysis’ into a real and authentic knowing of our true self.

The subtle and ever present laws of the Universe have to be lived, not talked about — and this is why it is vital to have a teacher or guide who has walked up that crazy high mountain, and not only survived but thrived!

Why enrol?

Uncertainty is something that all humans struggle with…. we want a certain amount of ‘certainty’ to feel safe but too much safety leads us into contraction and then utter stagnation.

During these four weeks, you will gain the inner knowledge (self mastery) to ride the waves of this storm with Grace.

Uncertainty doesn’t have to mean worry and fear. We can call forth resilience and find healing by coming more in touch with our innate High Self connection. You will be amazed at how apparently ‘negative’ situations can drive a positive expansion of consciousness. The greatest leaders and teachers of our Earthly history have always demonstrated this.

In this 4 week course, you’ll learn to:

Destress by dissolving old beliefs, habits and patterns (of the lower mind)
Really listen to your body-mind system, your intuitive nature in every situation
Shift from a ‘me’ or fragmented world view to a ‘we’ holistic view
Create and live an internal sense of freedom, which will bring you key opportunities through the ‘field of consciousness’

And so this is what we will cover in this 4 week course, as well as practical guidance on how to get ‘there’ from ‘here’ — which will be rooted in contacting the Inner Being, or Spirit, through various meditations to help participants create through a higher flow of awareness and ease.

The ego (or conscious mind) is always looking ahead in time, or backwards in time. Trapped in the past or worried/concerned/anxious about the future. The power of the present moment is often missed. It is thinner than a strand of hair on your head.
