Kill Your Fear Around the Corona Virus
Virtually every day I see the mainstream news channels pumping yet more fear into the the collective mind about the spread of the novel Coronavirus (nCoV), how it is deadly and how it will become uncontainable – and thus a pandemic. But is this really true? What can we do to safeguard our own health, without relying on these authority figures?
Here are two pieces of data to be looked at, with the second being by far the most interesting in terms of understanding the bigger picture.
Fact 1: The virus has emerged from an exotic seafood and animal market in Wuhan city.
This means it has a specific strain of virus that has passed to humans from an animal.
Fact 2: Novel coronavirus (nCoV) is a large family of viruses that causes illnesses ranging from common cold to acute respiratory syndromes.
Science and the media choose not to comment on why some people have only been affected slightly, whereas others have been affected in a dire way. One could say ‘genetic disposition’ is a key factor but what about environmental factors, specifically what we choose to eat and drink on a daily basis?
What about something so simple as how we breathe? Some people have become chronic mouth breathers due to a ‘civilised’ upbringing that fosters this dire lack of awareness, thus opening the body to terrible diseases that could otherwise be avoided.
Somebody once said you don’t eat through your nose, so don’t breathe through your mouth! From both a scientific and yogic perspective, the nose has filters that capture most germs and diseases whereas the mouth and throat have no such protective filters.
The virus has so far killed over 1,100 people but the main thing crippling people is fear.
If you want to gain some control over your mental life, then you have to stop worrying and projecting negative outcomes in your head. Stay 100% present. Do not allow your mind to dwell on negative stories, or outcomes.
From a law of attraction standpoint, when you shout ‘no’ at something, you draw it closer to you. This is an attraction based Universe.
Fear is your guidance system telling you that you in the process of attracting something ‘unwanted’. You desire both health, and security, the opposite of illness and panic. Any time you notice something unwanted in your life, this simply means you have to pivot internally in your awareness and move towards what you want. You cannot focus on unwanted and get ‘wanted’, it defies Universal Law.
From an energy medicine standpoint, if you begin to eat a clean diet, heavily reducing — if not eliminating entirely — dairy, meat and eggs, eliminating unnecessary toxins through a daily cleanse, keeping yourself in good health by exercising (exercise moves toxins out of the body through the lymph), and maintaining a positive mental attitude, then you can be confident that even if you do somehow “catch” the virus, the effects will not be deadly.
What I want to talk about is the overconsumption of dairy, alongside factory-bred meat, factory eggs and so on – that goes on with so-called impunity. I’ve posted a video below which has over 5 million views called ‘scary dairy’, and shows very clearly what we doing to animals to get our “food” onto our tables and into our bodies.
This type of “food”, and I use that term loosely, is already predisposing the body — your body — to disease because of the way we are treating these animals in horrific conditions, pumping them full of antibiotics and hormones. We are blind to the truth, ignoring the high states of stress and the utter fear these creatures live in on a daily basis, not to mention the horrendous actual death they go through before they land on our plates. Adrenaline is corrosive to the blood and bodily tissue – so think about what you are eating!
If we collectively think we can eat diseased meat and meat products, particularly factory-bred meat, with impunity, I would say that it’s high time to wake up and go plant based. If we can all make the conscious choice to eat more plant-based and raw, we will be safeguarding our health for generations to come, and also helping the planet to rebalance. All of this is good.
Our attachments and addictions need to be looked at clearly in the light of day, and overcome through an awakening of consciousness.
If you feel that you must eat meat, choose organic – that is to say, high quality. Animals that have been cared for on land that has been cared for. Remember, what you eat becomes part of you, part of your consciousness. You may just not be aware of this subtle aspect of consciousness unless you meditate, for example.
Awareness is something that can be narrow, or expanded. When you move through your day, how often are you aware of your big toe? You have one but unless you stub it, you probably don’t even notice it that often.
If you are a meat eater, you can also choose to actively replace daily meat intake with plant-based options – which is cheaper for you – and reduce your intake step by step. Try ‘meatless’ days once a week and increase this. You CAN do it. Think of it as an adventure! There’s never been a better time to cut out meat.
In an interconnected world, we cannot point the finger at one place, or one people and lay the blame. We are all responsible for what we are seeing unfold before us. Seeing clearly is key to changing what is unfolding before us.
