Clean your energy every day
Every day you take a bath or shower but you don’t spend time and energy analysing the dirt, thinking about how, or why, it got there. You just clean your physical body, and it feels good! You appreciate the flow of water over your body, and the feeling of rejuvenation that brings.
In the same way, whenever some mental ‘dirt’ appears in your life – in the form of negative thoughts and emotions – you just need to clean it by meditating.
Don’t analyse it. Just clean.
