The Thyroid’s Unknown True Purpose

the thyroid's unknown true purposeHave you ever thought about what your thyroid does for you?

Medical science currently believes that the thyroid exists only to manage metabolism and control hormones in the body. It also believes that the thyroid is responsible for producing just two hormones—thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3), and managing two thyroid related hormones—thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH).

If you’ve ever had your thyroid function tested, you likely would have had your T4 and T3 levels checked, along with your TSH. If results showed they were out of the normal range, you would have been told you have a thyroid problem and been given medication, which is often for life!

What Your Thyroid Really Does

According to Anthony William, your thyroid’s true function and purpose is actually much more interesting than the modern medical understanding of it – your thyroid is actually your body’s data center. It is your second brain.

There is a pervasive theory that the gut is the body’s second brain but it’s the thyroid that is second to the brain as a “control center” for the body.

Astonishingly, when your thyroid has been damaged or surgically removed, your thyroid can still fulfill its true purpose as the data center. And the rest of the endocrine system is so advanced that it can fill in for what’s missing or damaged in the thyroid!

This is not what we’ve been told.

The medical paradigm sees the body as ‘stupid’ and ‘faulty’.

Your thyroid actually catalogues all the markers of homeostasis in your body.

“It miraculously records what balance looks, feels, and acts like for you individually. Messages from every organ and every gland are delivered to the thyroid—when necessary, as complaints. Like an HR department in a company, your thyroid collates these reports, collecting and recording data about what’s functioning well in your body, what’s not functioning, what’s toxic, and what’s not toxic.”

Your thyroid uses its memory of homeostasis to send out radio-like frequencies that delegate tasks and responsibilities throughout the body to keep everything in balance.

Your thyroid, which is self-powered and self-sufficient, uses its intelligence about your personal homeostasis to continuously re-create it for you on a daily basis, so that when one body system is overtaxed or compromised, another kicks in to compensate.

As the thyroid delivers different frequencies to different parts of the body as needed, it can even provide energy to them—energy that is not yet weighed or measured by research and science.

Isn’t that incredible?

Unknown Hormones

The known thyroid hormones T4 and T3 are not the most significant. If they were, the thyroid symptoms and illnesses someone was suffering with would go away when they went on hormone replacement medication – but they don’t.

When someone’s symptoms do happen to improve when they go on thyroid medication, it’s usually because they also made some positive changes to their diet and lifestyle at the same time!

Today’s science is totally unaware that the true functions of the T4 and T3 hormones are to keep the immune system balanced to prevent under- or overreaction to stimulus, to help keep body temperature level, and to support the pancreas. Very few actual symptoms occur when the thyroid is not producing enough of these two hormones.

Additionally, testing for their levels does not provide a correct analysis of hormonal or thyroid health.

The thyroid actually produces two additional thyroid hormones, which play a pivotal role in the radio-like frequencies that the thyroid emits in its messaging and monitoring of the body. However, medical science and research are many decades away from beginning to understand what’s really happening when someone has thyroid illnesses or symptoms.

The good news is that Anthony William’s latest book addresses all thyroid illnesses or symptoms today – decades ahead of today’s science!

So, if you or a loved one are suffering, you need to read this book to understand how to heal.

Today’s Thyroid Meds

Today’s thyroid medications, whether they are made of desiccated porcine thyroid or they’re synthetic, simply act as steroids that suppress your immune system from responding to the real cause of thyroid problems. This steroid effect is another reason why a small amount of people may notice a little more energy, mental clarity, and improved sleep when they begin taking thyroid medication. But this suppression of the immune system is far from a solution.

Medical science and research are not aware that the hormones in these medications, whether animal or synthetic, are not totally and truly bioidentical to human thyroid hormones. They’re missing key chemical compounds, which have not yet been discovered, that set human thyroid hormones apart. Plus, the thyroxine in thyroid medication fools the pituitary gland by sending it the message that the thyroid is producing enough of its hormones to suit the body, when it isn’t!

This is the classical ‘band aid’ solution that medical science gives out that makes the original dis-ease worse!

The answer to this is not to stop taking your thyroid medications cold turkey. There is a safe and proper way to wean off thyroid medications with the help of your doctor, if they feel it’s in your best interests to do so.

In his book Thyroid Healing, Anthony outlines a very gentle way to decrease your thyroid medications if your doctor is on board. If they aren’t, maybe it’s time to get yourself another doctor!

Hard On The Liver And Adrenals

Thyroid medications are burdensome to the liver and the adrenals, which means that over time symptoms and illnesses can continue to worsen or new symptoms and illnesses can appear. This is one of the main reasons that the overwhelming majority of people find it even harder to lose weight and may even gain further weight as the years go by when they are taking thyroid medication—an outcome that is the exact opposite of what they were hoping for when they began taking it.

And others who don’t have a weight problem may find they begin gaining weight for the first time after taking thyroid medication for some time because of the additional load on the liver.

If you or someone you know is one of the very few who experienced weight loss after taking thyroid medication, it will likely be because of other positive changes you/they made at the same time to improve your/their diet and lifestyle.  It’s a simple as that!

Where To From Here?

There’s so much misinformation out there about ‘health’ and ‘what to do’ that this relevatory truth about thyroid symptoms and illnesses and thyroid medication might leave feeling uncertain about how to proceed. The launch of Anthony’s new book, Thyroid Healing, addresses exactly these situations and more and walks you through how to heal your thyroid and your body.

After reading Thyroid Healing, you will have more knowledge and wisdom about the thyroid and many illnesses, diseases, and symptoms than any current thyroid expert or health practitioner (unless they’ve also read Anthony’s book!). You will be empowered to support your health and healing with the truth, which is invaluable in today’s disempowered world.
