Aura-Soma ®
Aura-Soma connects the light to the body - it addresses the being of light within each of us and the living energies of light that surround us. When applied to the body and the subtle fields, the products help to restore, revitalise and rebalance all levels of being. The cornerstone of Aura-Soma is the Equilibrium set of bottles. Each Equilibrium bottle contains two fractions. The top fraction contains essential oils, natural colouring and crystal energies. The bottom fraction contains water, herbal extracts, natural colouring and crystal energies. Equilibrium combines the traditions of colour healing practised in the temples of Ancient Egypt, Greece, China and India with herbal extracts and essential oils in combination with crystal and mineral energies.Indian Head Massage
This treatment consists of massage and chakra balancing of the upper body including the head, neck, shoulders and upper arms and face. A range of stimulating and relaxing techniques are used such as deep kneading and compression, stroking and energy balancing in order to bring about a state of deep relaxation. The treatment includes balancing of the three upper chakras: the crown (sahasrara), third eye (ajna) and the throat (vishuddha).Karuna Reiki ® courses
Learning to be a vehicle for sound is a vital part of Karuna Reiki ®. Toning and chanting during a Karuna Reiki ® treatment creates profound shifts in the vibrational frequency of the healing energy and allows the Karuna Reiki ® practitioner to merge more profoundly with the energy current. This idea is validated by the Mahayana Buddhist tradition in which the bodhisattva Avalokitesvhara is said to create the "Sound that illumines the world". Karuna ® is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings who are working to end suffering on Earth. Crystals are alive and conscious, and they are powerful tools for healing and balancing because they are efficient absorbers and transmitters of energy. Looking at the periodic table of elements, carbon (the sixth element) is associated with all organic chemistry and everything normally considered to be alive. However, directly below it (one octave below to be precise) is the element of silicon, which makes up about twenty five percent of the earth's crust by weight, and is the second most abundant element, exceeded only by oxygen. Spiritual Response Therapy, often abbreviated to SRT, uses a system of charts and a series of specific questions to research past life energies, subconscious blocks, and negative soul programming. Energy Therapy offers in depth training in Reiki, from beginner through to advanced levels. Reiki First Degree (SHODEN) and Reiki Second Degree Courses (OKUDEN) are held about once a month, and Advanced Reiki Training is held about once every two months. Reiki master training (SHINPIDEN) and beyond runs according to demand for these services, but all Reiki courses run regularly. Jaime Tanna is a Reiki master who teaches Reiki in an inspiring, empowering and life transforming way. Reiki Courses held at Energy Therapy are structured yet flexible, creative, stimulating, and lots of fun. Every effort is made to create a safe, relaxed space where students can cover a range of topics and tools connected with learning Reiki as well as receiving their Reiki attunement.
