Distant Healing - what is it and how does it work?
Spirit transcends time and space and healing therefore can be sent or transmitted anywhere in the world, to anyone at any time. Through clear intention and powerful ancient symbols, the Reiki practitioner is able to link energetically with the client.
Quantum physicists have proven that it is possible for an object to exist in two places simulaneously - space is an illusion, as is time. Einstein came extremely close to proving this in his theory of relativity and his realisation of the Oneness of Life caused him to say that he wanted to know "God's thoughts".
Reiki energy naturally seeks out the disturbances in your energy body and works to restore balance and harmony in your energy landscape. Either you can select a particular day and time that you would like to receive a treatment, or you can select a particular event (e.g. going in for an operation) where you are not sure about the particular day or time. Reiki can be 'programmed' to activate at the appropriate time. It is recommended that you receive a distant healing treatment at the end of your work day, if possible.
It is recommended that you give the exact physical location where you will receive your Reiki treatment, and your time zone, if you live abroad. It is helpful, but not necessary, if you are able to send a current photo.
You are invited to email the areas in your life that you feel require healing when scheduling your session. Jaime will be mindful of your request when sending distant healing.

What can I expect from a distant healing session?
A sense of well-being, relaxation and peace is the most prevalent outcome. Some people experience an emotional release as blocks in the energy body are cleared. To date, no one has reported any adverse effects of disant healing.
