Shipping and Returns Policy
Energy Therapy currently offers shipping to mainland UK addresses using Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day for urgent items. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all items will be despatched within 36 hours of final payment (Mon - Fri). Upon receipt of your order we will confirm item(s) are in stock and if we anticipate any delay in despatching your order, we will endeavour to keep your informed by email.
Special Delivery
Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day service you should get your parcel by 1pm the next working day (Monday to Friday not including Saturday, Sunday or public holidays) to most UK addresses.
Free Delivery
We offer free shipping for orders over £100.00 (excl. p&p) within the UK.
Packing
All our items are packed and shipped either in a padded jiffy bag or in a cardboard box, depend on the nature of the product.

Unwanted Goods
We regret that products are not sold on a trial basis; unwanted goods can only be returned if they are re-saleable and will be subject to a 25% handling & restocking charge with shipping charges being non-refundable.
