The Aura-Soma® Quintessences
Quintessences are the subtlest of all the products in the Aura-Soma® range. They are similar to the Pomanders in that they act directly on the fields surrounding the physical body, but whereas the primary purpose of the Pomanders is to protect the aura, the function of the Quintessences is to align ourselves with a particular project or for any situation that we recognise a specific quality of energy would be helpful.
Each of the frequencies, known as the Masters, has their own Colour Ray or "vibrational harmonic". These subtle frequencies are released through inhalation and through this process their wavelength is decoded and the portal between the Self and that Master is unlocked.

Your personal Master is usually determined by the colour of the bottom fraction of the bottle you choose first. It is through your personal Master that you have access to the whole spectrum of Ascended Master frequencies.
Using any Quintessence in the aura is a very beautiful and relaxing experience. With time, you will deepen your connection to these subtle, yet profound, vibratory frequencies.
How to use the Quintessences
- Firstly place 3 drops of your chosen Quintessence on the left wrist, then rub the wrists together and hold your hands above your heads, reaching out for "unseen fingers". You can imagine your (guardian) angels reaching out to touch yours.
- Then bring your arms down so that your arms are at 90 degrees to your body, hands outstretched, palms facing inward.
- Then bring the arms inwards and cross the wrists at each of the seven major chakra points (crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral plexus and root), allowing the energy of the Quintessence to penetrate each chakra.
- When you cross the wrists over the Sacred Heart, you may pause there asking for help with any issues you are currently facing.
- Then sweep the energies down, giving them away to the earth. At this point, you will be bent over slightly.
- Whilst coming up again, make backward circles with your hands, imagining that you are folding the energies into the aura.
- Finally, bring the wrists to the nose and take three deep breaths from the wrist into the temple of the body.
